SuperU™ Granular Fertilizer Protects Nitrogen
Apr 09, 2025

SuperU™ promotes higher yield and a greater return on investment.
How? Tim Stelter, Federated’s Osecola location manager, answered: “By providing premium uniform protection for the nitrogen in your fertilizer.”
Stelter added that Super U increases the size of the window for incorporation following application. (And who doesn’t need more time in the spring?)
Most importantly, however, SuperU contains a urease and nitrification inhibitor to provide protection from volatilization, denitrification, and leaching – which keeps valuable nitrogen where it needs to be when the plants need it.
SuperU is a urea-based granular fertilizer that includes the “highest concentration (46%) of nitrogen available in a ready-to-use, stabilized fertilizer product (see product info and label in this link).
Federated has long recommended this dry fertilizer product for its proven results. “In a two-year trial, SuperU beat untreated urea by 32 bu./ac.,” said Stelter. (Read “how it works” here.)
